Investor Relations

• Point of contact for institutional and individual clients managing email communication and investor queries

• Assist with developing and disseminating compelling investor materials

• CRM and marketing support for current and prospective investors

• Due diligence support (in coordination with EAC's Due Diligence team)

• Virtual Data Room management to ensure investors' access to current fund documentation and reporting

• Support to Board of Directors and quarterly meeting minute preparation

Executive Administration

• Communications management including executive correspondence, document proofreading, and presentation preparation

• Document management ensuring confidentiality and security

• Calendar management and travel arrangement

• Event planning including presentations, networking functions, and conferences

• Expense reporting

• Vendor liaison for coordination of services and office maintenance
