• Review relevant partnership agreements, CIMs, subscriptions documents, and investment management agreements with special emphasis on accounting, operational, and regulatory provisions

Operational Infrastructure

• Establish management company operations including definition of roles and responsibilities

• Design and scale operational infrastructure to develop strong controls framework to satisfy due diligence requirements

• Actively participate in selection of service providers including technology platforms, fund administrator, banking/custodial relationships, OMS/PMS, and financing counterparties

• Design cash management procedures to ensure efficiency and control

• Design operational infrastructure, including trade flow

• Establish relevant accounting and operational policies, including trade execution and allocation, valuations, expense allocations, and asset transfer/custody policies

Marketing

• Create and/or review marketing materials

• Prepare Due Diligence Questionnaire

• Perform mock due diligence training to prepare team for investor meetings and reviews

• Participate in marketing and operational due diligence calls
