Brian Jozwiak, CPA

Brian Jozwiak has over 30 years of experience in the alternative asset space where he has filled the COO, CFO, and CCO roles. Mr. Jozwiak is a senior member of the EAC team and head of quality control/client experience.

Prior to joining, Mr. Jozwiak was COO, CFO, and CCO of Fine Capital Partners where he was responsible for all finance, accounting, legal, and compliance matters including trade execution and fund infrastructure. Before Fine, Mr. Jozwiak was a partner at Five Points Capital, a long/short technology crossover fund, where he held operational and portfolio company responsibilities. Prior to Five Points, Mr. Jozwiak was an SVP at Lehman Brothers where he was a leading member of the asset management group responsible for the development, management, operations, accounting, and marketing of alternative and traditional products and financial advisory services. Prior to Lehman, Mr. Jozwiak was controller of William E. Simon & Sons and CFO of their related registered investment advisor, New Vernon Advisors. Mr. Jozwiak began his career at Arthur Andersen as a senior Tax consultant.

Mr. Jozwiak holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fairfield University and is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Global Management Accountant.
